I love this necklace!!!! Every time I wear it my hair constantly gets knotted in the clasp. Is the clasp possibly defective. Issue started as soon as I got it. I would purchase a new one if I knew they have fixed this clasp. I have other necklaces that I’ve purchased and have no problems. Any info on this would be appreciated.

I was given a silver necklace with a gold ball by my boss as a five year anniversary momento. I was thrilled with it.
I recently noticed a tarnished part on the necklace which is very noticeable so much so that I don't want to wear it. Can you explain and give a remedy to fix it? Thank you

The texture of the chain ripped out chunks of my hair!! I wore it for about 6 months absolutely loving it and refusing to take it off until one day my friend helped me untangle my shoulder length hair from it and demanded I take it off immediately as it had ripped out so much of my hair. Besides this it is a great necklace!! I got the all sterling silver and still pull it out for special occasions but I can only wear it for a few hours at a time as it just eats my hair.
