SIZING FOR BRACELETS:

Cape Cod bracelets and nautical hook bracelets are designed to be worn like a close-fitting bangle. Either the ball unscrews or the hook comes undone so that you may open up the bracelet to slip over your wrist. It is not meant to be slipped over the hand (your correct size will most likely be too small to fit over your hand.)

To ensure the recommended fit, please measure the circumference of your wrist with a soft tape measure wrapped snugly around the wrist bone. Add half an inch to that measurement and that would be the size of the Cape Cod bracelet you need.

For example, a wrist measuring 6.5" would need to order a 7" Cape Cod bracelet. Always round up when falling between sizes.

 

SHIPPING:
All packages are shipped via the USPS. Items arrive in individual Cape Cod Jewelers jewelry boxes, which are then placed inside a yellow padded shipping envelope.

We pride ourselves on processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible, and generally ship out the same day or the day after an order is received.
 
At checkout time, you can choose between three options. Exact delivery times depend on recipient's location:

Standard Shipping: ($5, 3-7 business day average delivery)

Priority Shipping: ($10, 2-3 business day average delivery)

Overnight/Express Shipping: ($ Calculated at Checkout, 1-2 days) This option guarantees overnight delivery to most locations. More distant or remote locations will take 2 days. Orders must be placed before 3pm. 

 

EXCHANGES + RETURNS:

How to send back an item for a size exchange: 

 - Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order.
 - Make sure the item is securely packaged. You may use the original padded envelope and the box it comes in. 
 - Include the sales invoice.

 - Write down the new size or style you would like and any new contact/shipping information.
 - Include $5 cash or check for re-shipping/handling.

 - We recommend insuring the item for the amount paid. We are not responsible for items lost in transaction back to us. 

Return Policy:
Our return policy for our website is different from our in-store return policy. 
In-Store Purchases: Exchange or store credit only - for unworn items. 
Website Purchases:

We understand that when ordering online, you are not able to see the product in person, therefore if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or refund. Any item in unworn condition may be returned within 14 days of the order date for a full refund. Exchanges and store credit are issued for up to 30 days of the order date.

(Scratched, misshapen, or dented items are considered worn and will not be accepted.) 

Please Note: We strive to process your returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, however new orders take first priority. Once your item is received it will be reviewed to ensure it is in unworn condition. Damaged or visibly worn items will not be accepted. If the item has been accepted, you will be issued a refund or shipped out the new item for exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the time we receive your item before the refund to appear or the new item to arrive.
