I have had this bracelet for about a month and a half and even within the first week noticed that in between the twists it looked funky and had some black spots, then today I had to go in salt water (for work) and now it looks so dull and grey on the silver. I have a polishing cloth from another cape cod bracelet I own (different company and brand) and that did nothing to remove the tarnish.

I received this from my daughter as a gift from her, on her wedding day. I absolutely love it. Perfect for small wrists!

Great product and customer service! I purchased this for my sister as gift and at first had a slightly misshapen product. Customer service was prompt and polite and helped to exchange the product. The new bracelet is gorgeous and she has received so many compliments! She did also end up with a size smaller than I initially bought since the first was a bit big. My wife and her friends love her new bracelet. The reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there seems to be more flex in the band and it makes it difficult to align the ends and screw it together.
I will also say that ordering online is a challenge - for sizing purposes -although the return and reorder process was not bad.
